Candidate recruitment and management

The system’s candidate recruitment module operates in conjunction with the required position or general candidates’ management, and allows opening a position, entering candidates and recruitment documents, comparing candidate data to the position’s requirements, and producing reports and printouts.

The recruitment process is entirely managed in the system and documented at all stages.  Every type of requirement is adapted to the recruitment process including actions and stages in realizing workflow outputs.  This allows linking a candidate to several requirements, or several candidates to a particular requirement, even though each candidate can still be logged in with a different status and / or stage relative to the position open for recruitment.

The system supports managing internal and external tenders.  For internal tenders, it is possible to locate candidates within the organization and transfer their relevant data to the recruitment module, or vice versa: once a decision is made to recruit a candidate, all relevant data can be transferred quickly to the calculation environment.  Documents in the candidate’s file are also transferred, and any required additional details can be entered without needing to open a new file for the candidate.
