Document data base management

The electronic archive module allows managing the employee’s computerized documents file.  Every document in any format can be affiliated to a library and sub-library.  Linking the file can be done in two ways:

  • Direct scanning into the system
  • Linking the document from an external library to the system

Every document is keyed into topics by dividers and sub-dividers.  Searching and viewing catalogued documents is the the designated mechanism.
