MALAM HR can define the range of ranks and promotion tracks based on the organization’s employment constitution.  The system supports all instructions of the local authority for different sectors of workers (managerial, social workers, psychologists, etc.)  Every position has its detailed promotion track based on milestones of estimated time frames for promotion from rank to rank.

Employee promotions are executed in accordance with these defined tracks by producing a report listing those entitled to rank advancement based on a defined range of dates.

The promotions constitution provides full support for shortening the time frames (certification, Master’s degree, etc.), and supports postponing advancements for various reasons (such as issues of discipline, change of role, etc.)
