In Malam Payroll Plus integrated systems (NeoPay), employee data is entered or updated once for attendance, payroll, and human resources reporting. For example, running an employee attendance simulation can demonstrate the impact of changes on the calculation of expected salary across various factors, such as: Nursing hours, reserve days, standard hours, sick leave, vacation days, and more.
