The Malam Payroll Plus system includes a distributed tool for endpoint management across various schools. This enables full management of teacher details, including placement, updating grades in line with Ministry of Education employment approvals, and updating certificates and approvals in accordance with Ministry regulations. All of this is governed by restrictions and controls set by the organization's payroll and human resources department.
The system fully supports all teaching reforms ("Olam Yashan," "Ofek Hadash," "Oz LeTmura") and manages the frontal hours for each teacher. It includes automated calculation of hours and matriculation percentages based on the Ministry of Education questionnaires. The system enables optimal management of all roles based on the teacher's placement, age, mother's position, and consideration of part-time or frontline hours with another employer.
The system supports the distribution of placement hours by academic periods, adjusting to changes in the teacher’s position scope. It also enables parallel management of a teacher involved in multiple reforms within the same academic year.
The system is designed to implement future adjustments based on decisions outlined in agreements and allows for simulation of the potential impact of each change.
