צו הרחבה בדבר השתתפות המעסיק בהוצאות הבראה ונופש

  • ביום 22.6.2023 נחתם, בין נשיאות המגזר העסקי לבין הסתדרות העובדים הכללית החדשה, הסכם קיבוצי כללי, שמספרו בפנקס ההסכמים הקיבוציים 7016-2023, שעניינו עדכון תעריף דמי הבראה במגזר הפרטי לסך של 418 ₪ ליום.

  • ביום 13.7.2023 פורסמה ברשומות ההודעה על כוונה למתן צו הרחבה להסכם קיבוצי בעניין עדכון גובה השתתפות המעסיק בהוצאות הבראה ונופש לפי חוק הסכמים קיבוציים.

בהמשך לכך, ביום 11.9.2023 נחתם צו הרחבה בדבר השתתפות המעסיק בהוצאות ההבראה והנופש של עובדיו. בהתאם לצו, מחיר יום ההבראה במגזר הפרטי יעמוד החל מיום 1.7.2023 ועד ליום 30.6.2024 על 418 ₪ ליום הבראה.
