After the selection process and finalizing employment terms, the candidate completes a convenient and straightforward digital intake, eliminating the need for paper or printing.

The employee receives an SMS link to complete digital intake forms, including the employment agreement and Form 101, and receives a copy of all forms via email. All forms are accessible through notifications to the company’s operational team and are automatically saved in the employee’s file.

On the first day of work, a warm welcome is crucial to ensure a smooth and pleasant transition. It’s important to plan the day’s schedule in advance and even decide who will they have lunch with. After a welcome conversation with the direct manager and the Human Resources Manager, the employee receives a branded onboarding kit and a guided tour of the company’s offices.

Gradually, they dive into the work, getting to know team members and the tasks at hand.
