Unlike calculations based on coefficients and assumptions, the salary simulator uses real salary data, ensuring that the results are accurate, not approximate.

In today’s dynamic environment, salary costs are a critical component of an organization’s financial planning. The simulator allows you to assess the financial impact of changes such as: Efficiency improvements, changes in salary agreements, employee retirements, and more. The simulator also enables you to present management with detailed reports on salary cost implications, including cost comparisons, monthly comparisons between simulated and actual data, and more.

Malam Payrolls' salary simulatorr operates in a separate database environment, ensuring it does not impact payroll data or system performance.

The system provides a simulation environment to prepare for salary agreement changes before implementation. Updates are automatically synchronized based on legally mandated salary components.

The salary simulation transparently uses real data from the payroll system. The user copies this data to the system for simulation purposes without altering the original data.

The user can modify one or more salary parameters and view the impact on all related components, such as: Gross salary, net salary, and employer costs in both nominal and real values.

Independent work: Conduct individual and collective simulations autonomously within the organization.

Simulation levels: Conduct simulations and analyze data at the individual employee level, for selected groups, or across the entire workforce.
