  1. Privacy Policy
    a. Malam Payroll Ltd. (“the Company“) respects the privacy of users on the websites it manages, including https://www.malam-payroll.com/ and any other site it may operate at its discretion (“the Site“).
    b. These terms explain the site’s privacy policy, its purpose, and the company’s procedures regarding user privacy. They outline how the Company uses the information you provide, and any data collected from site users.
    c. This policy is an integral part of the site’s terms of use.
  2. Providing Details and Personal Information
    a. When using the site’s services, information may be collected about you, including details that can reasonably identify you, such as your first and last name, address, email address, phone number, products and services you’re interested in or have requested to purchase, etc. (“Personal Information”).

However, contacting the Company through online contact forms on the site requires registration and provision of personal details, such as full name, address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information necessary based on the circumstances. If the database owner refuses, they must notify the individual as prescribed by the regulations under the Privacy Protection Law.
    b. Please note that deleting your information may prevent you from continuing to receive services from the site and could result in the cancellation of your registration. Information required by the company, including records of actions you have taken on the site, will still be retained by the company as required by law, but will no longer be used for the purpose of contacting you.
  11.  Direct Electronic Mailing
    a The company intends to send you information about its services, as well as marketing and advertising materials, via email from time to time.
