Malam Payroll Effective-the managerial alerts system

Malam Payroll developed a manager-focused tool that allows managing active alerts for effective employee management.

In our age of info-flow, this tool gives managers the most vital and stripped down information needed in real time and without any investment of output initiatives on the manager’s part, to improve the area of organizational performance for which the manager is responsible.

Malam Payroll Effective brings automatically initiated alerts into the manager’s email folder as soon as any irregularity from reasonable norms shows up in the conduct of the organizational area for which the manager is responsible, based on several parameters:

  • Alerts on increased average or accrued salary costs for an employee beyond 5% relative to the average for the previous 12 months
  • Alerts on excess overtime beyond the allocated range for an employee, and as an accrued quantity
  • Alerts for employee birthdays
  • Alerts on excess in the scope of employee attendance at individual and group levels lower than 85% compared to the attendance average for the previous 12 months
  • Alerts on absenteeism of more than 2 days by any individual employee, and which was not authorized as vacation
  • Alerts on repeated lateness of more than 30 minutes, more than 3 times in the past 30 days
  • Alerts in the ESS system for vacation requests at the same time as other employees with similar functions or from the same work team
  • Alerts on manually instituted corrections to attendance reports more than 5 times in the past 30 days

 

The default level for relating to each item is defined in the system but can be altered based on the manager’s requirements. 

Malam Payroll Effective’s manager alerts system can be partially or fully activated.  Alternately, other reports or alerts can be defined for the manager’s purposes.

These reports and alerts can be documented and retrieved in the manager’s portal.
