Managing slots

Malam Payroll allows presenting a slot relative to its position at the overall organizational level, the organizational unit level, and all the way through individual position, including position reports versus historical position reports.  Positions can be managed (and simultaneously managed by position, or type of position) based on definitions in the system.

Position management takes place dynamically.  Different positions can be simultaneously opened, such as standard, above-standard, and more.

The reason for every position’s opening can be documented, such as temporary replacement, new position to replace an employee who left; the unit requesting the position can be included; source of position funding, and more.

Employees from the organization’s data base can be linked to the position, and these linkages can also be of different types (standard, above-standard, etc.)

Another way of controlling and auditing slots is through structured reports produced with one click.  The system presents diverse data connected to managing the position and status.
