Form 106

This form contains annual salary data and the amount of tax deducted for that taxation year.  The employer must provide employees with this form at the close of each tax year, including employees for whom no tax was deducted due to their termination of employment or because of benefits and / or entitlements.  The form can also serve employees for completing the annual tax report, requesting tax returns, and more.

Form 126

With the close of the taxation year, the employer must transmit Form 126 to the Income Tax offices.  This form contains annual data on salaries and tax deducted for each employee.  The taxation authority receives data on salaried employees each year through this form.  It encompasses a large amount of employee data at the yearly level (entry 20), total for all employees at the monthly level (entry 50) and the annual level (entry 30 and entry 40).  The form also contains data relevant to National Insurance.
