The system allows documenting employee courses and training updates or seminars, managing absenteeism due to training, documenting data in the employee’s file, and more

Catalogue of courses

Every course is entered once in a template.

For each course, it is possible to define minimum requirements, administrative aspects, tests, lecturers, syllabus, and attach various documents.

Course registration is fully automated, including registering participants, registration status, means of communication, attendance, course grades, and feedback processes.

  • Post training: the system supports managing locations, rooms, equipment in rooms, room organization and costs.
  • Lecturers: the system supports managing lecturer details, areas of expertise and costs.
  • Defining training programs: quarterly and / or annual budgets, professional course budget, and more.


Sample feedback process

Transmitting a request up to authorization stage by the employee via the ESS internet system.  Authorizing the request automatically updates the events relating to the request in the Malam Payroll system, including embedding training days and hours authorized in the employee’s attendance log.  The process is closed by linking the event to salary calculations that update following the request and training costs, if any are involved.
